Comment:This quote shows what it is like to be on social media. Social media is able to tell everyone’s stories and then those people can share those stories to even more people. The power of social media is that even people without social media will hear what’s going on on social media because of how popular it is. Social media is a way of life for some people and for others it is a way of getting information since so much gets spread on there. The other part of the quote saying that people have “squabbles over whose turn it is to use the computer” is showing how social media can affect people since sometimes people can argue on social media and people argue on who gets to use it, an example would be a family of 4 has 1 computer and the family argues and fights on who is able to use the computer at a certain time. When I look at social media I think that it is a great tool since it can be used for a variety of things, but when given to the wrong person it can be used to spread hate or just used for the wrong thing. The one thing that social media does not control is how it is used, each person can use it in a totally different way one person can use it to spread awareness on something and another person can use social media to bully or make fun of something/someone.
